NEW Brief on Mitt Romney/ Bain Capital 2001 Retroactive Mysteries

       Have been busy, mostly to no avail, trying to get this story out on Mitt Romney's as CEO of Bain Capital. To help explain the real mystery behind the 2001 "retroactive" retirement plot. It is amazing that, even with confessions of lying to the court more than 30 times and that they admitted it was deliberate; everyone is scared that Mitt will get in and remains afraid to call a rogue what he is.

       

Bain Capital's Toys R Us is in possession of the stolen property of eToys.

        Mitt Romney's Bain Capital is benefiting from Perjury, Fraud and Federal corruption that began in 2001. When their schemes were about to be exposed, they arranged for one of Bain Capital's law firm partners (Colm Connolly) to become the United States Attorney in Delaware. Who then refused to investigate 101 + felony violations and confessions to 30 + acts of Perjury.

        Romney/ Bain's secret law firms are MNAT and Paul Traub.

         MNAT mergered Bain/ Romney - The Learning Center with Mattel in 1999          (Mattel lost $2 Billion and there was NO federal investigation published)

         Goldman Sachs took eToys IPO in 1999 and MNAT also represents GSachs          (the pump-n-dump of the stock was above $78 - but eToys only gets $18)

         MNAT confessed it lied about Goldman Sachs to become eToys attorney.

         Paul Traub has also confessed he lied to the court - about Barry Gold.

     This victim is not an attorney at law, nor a college grad, nor a journalist and most certainly not a statesmen. I'm just a witness and whistle-blower who refused to become Mitt Romney/ Bain Capital's bought off executive.

     Matt Taibbi's article (Greed and Debt) is still climbing in the ratings. What he missed was the fact that all these parties were together in Stage Stores, Kay Bee and eToys. The issue being that, if no one will even dare to report this story; how do we expect to stop Romney from stealing this election?

        Mitt Romney just happens to be the name of the guy in charge of the entity that benefited from the organized crimes.

Al Capone cannot be allowed to benefit from Obstruction of Justice by the elimination of books, records and evidences. Neither should we tolerate his arranging for a legal cohort to become the prosecutor over Bain Capital. Nor would any ethical body grant license for organized criminals to “retroactively” resign simply because Frank Nitti (Bain, MNAT, Gold or Traub) try to exonerate their [CEO] “boss” in 2001, with hollow testimony that, “he” was not really there when the crimes occurred! We need this court to be our Eliot Ness to stop them.

FINALLY

128. As anyone can see, a whistleblower suffers greatly for trying to do the right thing. But what’s right is right. Doing the correct thing as a service to the country, Vice President Joe Biden while still representing the State of Delaware as a United States Senator, did apparently have a gut instinct that Colm Connolly was a rotten apple. Though he had no authority over Department of Justice investigative matters, mercifully Senator Biden protected America by flatly refusing to sign the nomination slip for Colm Connolly to become a DE federal justice.

     To date, then Senator Biden, has been the only person who made an effort to stop these crimes. Though you may argue that such is not the only reason Mitt Romney was "retroactively" retiring from August 2001 back to February 1999 (the very same time that his attorney [ Colm Connolly] was a MNAT partner and then made the U.S. Attorney http://www.justice.gov/...

      To NOT look into the issues is only helping Mitt Romney and that's also a CRIME!
